Your Bisoulovely jewelry should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a protective (lined) jewellery box or a tarnish-resistant pouch. It can also be stored in a plastic zip lock bag made of Mylar or polyethylene. Return & Exchanges
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date to receive a refund or replacement. We allow the exchange/refund of purchased items for selected variants for 14 days of receiving the item. Once the exchange/return request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
